HDF Video offers multiple video calibration services for an affordable price.

Calibration Equipment

HDF Video uses the following calibration equipment

• Klein K10-A Colorimeter (For LCD, OLED, and Projectors)
• Klein K-1 Colorimeter (For CRT and Plasma)
• X-Rite i1 Pro 3 Spectrophotometer (For Colorimeter Profiling)
• Murideo 6G Pattern Generator
• ColourSpace HTP Calibration Software

Calibration Services

HDF Video offers calibration services for most TVs and Projectors. Due to our principles of delivering accuracy and limitations of our equipment we do not offer calibrations for Quantum Dot OLED and RGB Laser projectors. We do not believe the X-Rite i1 Pro 3 can accurately profile narrow spectrum displays like Quantum Dot OLED and RGB Laser Projection. For all other displays we believe the i1 Pro 3 is accurate enough for proper display profiling.

3D Calibration

HDF Video offers calibration for Stereoscopic 3D displays and projectors. We keep an i1 Display Pro colorimeter around to perform 3D calibrations due to the small size of the lens compared to the Klein K10-A. We offer the options to choose between a color accuracy focused approach or a compromised calibration approach that sacrifices some color accuracy in exchange for higher brightness, or having both types of 3D Calibration.

Pricing

TV and Projector calibrations have a set price of $125 per calibration. Although we have experience calibrating displays and projectors we don’t think it is fair to charge premium pricing when we do not have an ISF or PVA certification. Therefore we offer discounted pricing.
